Hard Top Polish 500 ml
This special hand polish, made with natural wax free shellac, has been particularly formulated to offer a higher chemical resistance than other normal polishes. Its notably active characteristic, supported by the use of synthetic resins, make this product much more durable and resistant to humidity.
Description
It is an ideal hand polish for high usage surfaces, when it is important to maintain the unique aesthetic look associated with french polishing.
This naturally clear product is ready to use but can be coloured with any Borma multipurpose dye.
How to use
Evenly apply a few fine coats by spray or brush, diluting with Solve 100 if required. If applied by pad, aid spreading by pouring a few drops of special polishing oil on the surface.
Wait at least 30 minutes between one coat and another.Check the support is dry, apply the next coat.
If applied by spray, wait until it is completely dry after app. 16 hours, to create a more antique effect, spread Beeswax in paste form.
If applied by pad, after at least three applications, when completely dry, use a cloth dampened with special degreaser for shellac finishes to pass over the surface to remove any oil deposits and to exalt the full beauty of the finish.
